I knew I wanted to work at home the second I started having children, but everything seemed like a scam. It was really hard for me to find a work at home job that was legit. Here are a few things to remember when looking for a job.
- Never pay someone to work for them. If they ask you for money, it probably isn't legit.
- If you don't find something at first, keep looking. There are a ton of opportunities out there.
- Don't be afraid to try something new! I never thought I could make a living as writer and look at me now.
- Don't put all of your eggs in one basket. In other words, it is not a good idea to only work one place. You never know when a place might close so get a few different jobs just in case.
One thing that helped me out is a forum called
Work Place Like Home. It is amazing! You will find other men and women looking to work at home. They will be honest with you about their experiences and can help you in your journey.
